Billed minutes = total talk time on calls handled by VoiceIntego. Calls that transfer to a human stop the clock the moment the transfer completes. Voicemails left by the caller are not billed.
Yes — there is a one-time onboarding fee that covers script writing, calendar integration, and pre-launch QA. It’s waived entirely if you pay annually.
