Voice Intego builds AI voice agents that answer the phone for businesses, so a missed call stops being a lost customer.

Most businesses lose customers for a boring reason: nobody picked up. The line was busy, the team was with a customer, or it was after hours and the call went to voicemail. The caller does not leave a message. They call the next business on the list.

Our AI voice agent answers those calls. It picks up on the first ring, speaks naturally with the caller, captures their details, answers common questions, routes urgent issues to a human, and books appointments straight into the business calendar. It works around the existing team rather than replacing anyone, covering overflow, lunch breaks, evenings, and weekends.

How we handle calls and messages

We take the phone seriously, because the phone is the product.

  • We are honest about the agent. If a caller asks whether they are speaking with an AI, the agent confirms it immediately and plainly. We do not pretend otherwise.
  • We hand off to humans. Anything urgent, sensitive, or outside the agent's scope gets routed to a real person rather than forced through a script.
  • We respect opt-outs. If someone asks not to be contacted again, that request is recorded and honoured. There is no second attempt.
  • We call at reasonable hours. Any outbound contact happens during normal local business hours.
  • We keep call data private. Call recordings and transcripts belong to the customer whose calls they are, and are used to operate and improve their own agent.
