AI receptionist and voice agent for every service business

Voice Intego answers your phone around the clock, qualifies the caller, books the work and escalates what genuinely needs a human. The engine is the same whatever you do. What changes is how it is configured. Pick your industry below to see the exact playbook, or keep reading if yours is not listed yet.

The common problem

Every service business loses the same money the same way.

A caller rings, nobody picks up, and they dial the next business on the results page. It does not matter whether the job is a burst pipe, a root canal or a consultation. The call was the sale, and it is gone before anyone knows it happened.

32%
Of calls go unanswered
A conservative estimate for a business with someone on the desk during working hours. Outside those hours it is far higher.
75%
Never call back
Most people who cannot reach a person do not leave a message. They contact a competitor instead.
0.5s
Answer time
Every ring answered, at 2 a.m. and during the lunch rush alike.

What it does

The same four jobs, whatever business you run.

An AI voice agent for business is not a menu tree and not a message service. It holds a real conversation and finishes the call.

Answers every call

Nights, weekends, holidays, and several callers at the same time rather than one after another. Nobody reaches voicemail because the desk is busy.

Qualifies the caller

It asks the questions you would ask. What the problem is, where they are, whether they are an existing customer, and whether the job is one you actually want.

Books the work

Straight into your calendar with the right duration and the right person, then confirms it by text. The job is on the books before the call ends.

Escalates what matters

You define what counts as urgent. It pages the on-call person for those and schedules everything else, so nobody is woken for a routine question.

Shared engine, local rules

What changes by industry, and what does not.

Same everywhere

The conversation itself

Answering in half a second, understanding a caller who is stressed or vague, holding context across a whole call, and handing off cleanly to a person. That part does not change between a plumbing shop and a dental practice.

Configured per business

The rules it works to

Your hours, your service area, your pricing, your on-call rotation, what counts as an emergency, and which questions must go to a human. This is the part we build with you before go-live.

Configured per business

Where the work lands

Your calendar, your CRM, the channel your team actually watches. A booking is only useful if it appears where somebody will act on it.

Not listed above

Your industry does not need its own page for this to work.

The five playbooks above are the ones we have written up so far, not the limit of what the agent handles. If your business runs on inbound phone calls, the same engine applies.

Home and trade services

Roofing, landscaping, pest control, garage doors, appliance repair, cleaning. Emergency triage, service area rules and job booking work the same way.

Clinics and practices

Veterinary, chiropractic, physiotherapy, optometry, aesthetics. New enquiry capture, scheduling and clean escalation of anything clinical.

Professional services

Legal, accounting, real estate, insurance. Intake questions, qualification and consultation booking without a receptionist sitting on the line.

Anything call-driven

If a missed call means a lost customer, it is worth a conversation. Tell us the calls you get and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

FAQ

Common questions across every industry.

No. Those are the playbooks we have documented, because they are where we have done the most work. The agent is built for any business that runs on inbound calls. If your industry is not listed, the build process is identical, we just write the call rules with you from scratch rather than starting from a template.

An answering service takes a message and passes it to you, so the customer is still waiting and the job is still unbooked. A voice agent completes the call. It qualifies the enquiry, applies your rules, books into your calendar and confirms by text. The difference shows up most after hours, when a message sits unread until morning and the caller has already booked elsewhere.

We disclose that it is an AI agent, and we recommend you do. In practice callers care far more about being answered immediately and getting the thing they rang about done. The agent hands off to a human whenever the conversation calls for one, and you decide where that line sits.

Hard rules that you set. Your service area, your hours, your capacity and your pricing are configured before it takes a single call. Out-of-area callers are told politely rather than booked, and anything it is not certain about goes to a person instead of being guessed at.

It covers the calls your front desk cannot: after hours, during a rush, and when several people ring at once. Most businesses use it alongside their team rather than instead of it, so the people you already employ spend their time on the customer in front of them rather than the phone.

Typically about 7 days for a single location. We build the agent around your hours, pricing, service area and escalation rules, then test it with you before it answers a real customer call.

Less than a part-time receptionist, and it covers hours a part-time receptionist never would. Current plans are on the pricing page with no quote form in the way.
